Week 3; Day 5: Friday

Daily learning / random notes: I tried to keep track of my laps in the pool by moving my shoes around on the tiles. Sounds weird? Well, it didn't work any way. LOL.

Total training cost: $89.50

Total distance swum: 4200 yards (I will go with my lower estimate).

Activity Distance Results
Swim Warm up, Freestyle 150 yards, Cool down 100 yards28 or 30 laps of 25 yards = 700 or 750 yards. I lost track which I why I am not sure how many laps I did. How to people keep track?
Bike 3 milesBiked 5 miles on the course I discovered last weekend. Not to many starts and stops and fairly level.
