Week 3; Day 1: Monday

Daily learning / random notes: I got some more tutoring on swimming. B told me about the kick in breaststroke. It was hard but I practiced it quite a bit. I also practiced "grabbing water" which my brother was telling me about. It is interesting how that changed my freestyle stroke. I can't believe I just started week three of training!

Activity Distance Results
Swim Warm up, Freestyle 150 yards, Cool down 100 yards26 laps of 25 yards = 650 yards. Another personal record. I practiced bilateral breathing today along with freestyle and breaststroke.
Bike Offn/a
Run / Walk25 minutesWalked very fast for an hour. Good conversation and a nice night. What a way to train!
