Week 3; Day 3: Wednesday

Daily learning / random notes: I decided against walking today because a) we had company and b) I thought 3 workouts in one day was too much. I want to be smart about this whole thing and I don't want to get burnt our or hurt.

Total training cost: $89.50

Activity Distance Results
Swim Warm up, Freestyle 150 yards, Cool down 100 yards26 laps of 25 yards = 650 yards.
Bike Off 5 miles as part of Boot Camp class.
Run / WalkWalk for 20 minutes Did not do this today. What I did do was a Boot Camp class which was very intense. During the class I actually biked 5 miles (plus a whole lot more).
