Week 2; Day 6: Saturday

Daily learning / random notes: Today I picked up my friend John's bike to try out. It feel much different than my mountain bike (obviously) but I fear it may be a tiny bit small. I am hoping to get my bike friends to help me fit it, if possible. I am very excited to try it out tomorrow.

Activity Distance Results
Swim Warm up, Freestyle 100 yards, Cool down 50 yards22 laps of 25 yards = 550 yards. Wahoo! This sets a personal record for me in my training. I tried practicing bilateral breathing but it was fairly difficult.
Bike Off n/a
Run / WalkWalk for 25 minutes Walked 20 minutes to J's house. Also walked around the mall so I figure I am good.
