Week 2; Day 5: Friday

Daily learning / random notes: I am inextricably hungry today.

Activity Distance Results
Swim Warm up, Freestyle 100 yards, Cool down 50 yards22 laps of 25 yards = 550 yards. Wahoo! I broke a personal record today by doing 22 laps. I practiced bilateral breathing but I don't think I did very well.
Bike 2 milesCombined an errand with my bike ride today. I rode down to the library and back up for a total of 2.5 miles with a big hill.
